I am a PhD student at the Department of Philosophy at the University of Geneva working on the SNSF project (#160024) “Simulation and Counterfactual Reasoning in Neuroscience” directed by Professor Marcel Weber. The aim of my research is to clarify the notion of simulation in the context of scientific research and its relation to experimentation, modelling, thought experiments and forms of counterfactual reasoning.

I am mostly interested in philosophy of science and logic and closely related domains like epistemology and metaphysics of science.

At the University of Geneva, I had the opportunity to teach seminars related to epistemology and metaphysics. Privately, I have taught introductory courses of logic.
